Dilbert - Honest Feedback

Something like this probably goes a long way to explain why airliners don't fly on clear days, weather reporters report inclement weather conditions as they stand in obviously better conditions than they describe, and why politicians....well, you know the rest....

Adios

Bingo... another home run for Dilbert. The writer hits Corporate America right between the eyes.

Right or wrong, you once put your faith in higher level managers to have enough substance and experience to make sensible decisions. Somewhere along the way that changed...I put it to sometime in the mid-1990s when the Internet started coming widely available and the prevailing "upper management" philosophy embraced "re-branding" long established corporate entities. Ties to well-established ways of doing business were broken and to my mind it has been a free-for-all ever since, leading to a large population of Dilbert's Pointy-haired bosses in corporate cubicle farms most everywhere.
