Gus recalls:  Before leaving EHHS for the rest of his life, Bob left a short expression of his hopes and aspirations for the future.

Nice article about Linda & Bobby, written by that suave Tom Kobernick.

There's a series of a dozen or so "Lad & Lassie" articles in the Blog .... all of them selected at the time by editors of the school newspaper "TARTAN" that we were able to find and re-publish. The link to (currently) 5 articles can be found in the Right side side bar. I think we found them for more than just the 1963 class.

I appreciate your posting the article about Bobby Dillard in the Blog.
There are a lot of people still not using the Facebook (gossip) venue, and maybe never will. Bobby will always be remembered for his good humor and ready wit.

Our technology has tended to overwhelm us with detail that's a challenge to grasp and tame. So, it's difficult to determine with any certainty which communications venue serves the purpose of a blog like this best or if it will continue to be useful over a long period.

Bobby was one of a kind..... a very good kid and from all accounts, a very good man.

I'm from Fort Worth and I went to Eastern Hills also, C/O 2005. I really enjoyed this read. I can only hope to have a long and illustrious life that Bobby had.
